Design and engineering

Leveraging our manufacturing expertise, we focus on product design as a key activity, assisting our customers in reaching design maturity with minimized iterations and enhanced efficiency. We use NX and simulation software to leverage on technology along with our experienced design team.

Testing and Inspection Facilities

Our metallurgical section embodies our commitment to precision and quality, equipped with state-of-the-art technology to ensure accuracy in every inspection. With a strong focus on reliability, we have implemented a rigorous calibration system for all inspection instruments and gauges, guaranteeing consistent measurements that meet the highest industry standards.

Our lab is well equipped with advanced facilities like:

  • Metallurgical Microscope
  • Spectrometer
  • Charpy Impact Testing Machine
  • Polishing Machine
  • Rockwell Hardness Tester (HRC / HRB)

Hot Forging Facility

Our hot forging facility is equipped with imported hydraulic hammers with an annual capacity of 4800 tons. By integrating cutting-edge technologies and being led by a team of experienced professionals, we are capable of producing highly complex and critical precision-forged components.

Our facility includes:

  • Lasco Hydraulic Hammer Line - 2.5 Ton Capacity
  • Lasco Hydraulic Hammer Line - 1.6 Ton Capacity
  • Anyang CNC Hydraulic Hammer Line - 1.25 Ton Capacity

CNC & VMC Machining Facility

Our in-house CNC machining facility ensures precision and efficiency in meeting customer requirements for high-quality galvanized parts. This setup has significantly reduced conversion lead time and enhanced the quality of finished products.

Die milling VMC facility is dedicated to machining high-precision dies used for forging processes. These advanced VMC machines are equipped with CNC controls to mill intricate designs and complex geometries with exceptional accuracy. This ensures the production of durable, high-quality dies that enable precise forging, improving the efficiency and quality of the final components.

Hot Dip Galvanizing

Our in-house hot dip galvanizing plant features a semi-automated electric furnace, ensuring a high-quality galvanizing process tailored to meet customer requirements. This facility has reduced lead times and enhanced galvanizing quality.

Heat Treatment

By heating the material to a specific temperature and allowing it to cool in air, normalizing refines grain structure, improves strength, and reduces internal stresses, ensuring consistency and quality for various applications.

Shearing & Sawing Machine

Shearing and cutting are essential processes in the forging industry, used to prepare raw materials to precise sizes and shapes before forging.

Shot Blasting

Post forging and OD machining, shot blasting is performed to remove scales and prepare the surface with the required roughness for galvanizing. Special shots are used to ensure the desired quality and finish for the galvanizing process.

Cold Punching

AIDA Cold Punching equipment is used to carry out cold punching wherever required.
